While we keep advancing our military equipment and technology for tomorrow’s fight, it appears we have not revised our military pension system, which is currently unsustainable because our life expectancies have increased. Your State’s Army and Air National Guard military structure is extremely cost-effective compared to an Active Duty military structure and may be the key to ensure resources are available to our children to sustain their own National Defense Strategy. We continue to pile up debt, but they are the ones that will suffer in the future.
